1. Services

18K Nail Boutique provides luxury nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and related beauty treatments at our Santa Monica location: 1323 Lincoln Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90401.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in being asked to prepay for future appointments or refusal of service at our discretion.

3. Payments

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Tips are appreciated but not required.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns at no additional charge.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform your nail technician of any known allergies, skin conditions, nail disorders, or medical conditions prior to your service. 18K Nail Boutique is not liable for adverse reactions to products used during services when such conditions were not disclosed.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client's nail or skin condition poses a health risk to our staff or other clients.

5. Photography & Social Media

We may photograph completed nail services for use on our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. Please inform your technician before your service begins if you do not wish to be photographed.

By consenting to photography, you grant 18K Nail Boutique a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those images for promotional purposes on platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

6. Online Booking

Bookings made through our online booking platform are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmed booking is not a guaranteed appointment if circumstances beyond our control arise — we will contact you promptly in any such event.

Promotional codes and discounts (such as our MIDWEEK offer) are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

18K Nail Boutique is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during your visit. Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and nail art designs — is the property of 18K Nail Boutique and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy
